Zabbix 서버가 동작중이지 않을 경우
webfrontend dashboard하단에 조그만하게 표시가 됩니다.

즉, 모니터링이 되지 않는 경우인데 이런 경우를 방지하고자
모니터링서버를 모니터링하는 별도 서버를 구축하기도 합니다.

템플릿 css파일을 수정해 쉽게 인지할 수 있도록 변경해보았습니다.
